Attaching a new skirt to long haul trucks to improve fuel efficiency is one of the outcomes of a partnership between The Pollution Prevention Resource Center and Interstate Trucking. I was working on a video showcasing the work of PPRC (http://www.PPRC.com) which brought me to Interstate. PPRC is involved in bringing together business, government and nonprofit environmental organizations to work on pollution prevention, sustainability in manufacturing, transportation, and production. Very impressive work.
