@TheKitteyKat Someone who only lives on air or oxygen ie. Deep Breaths = Breatharian……it’s kinda of a strange , rare , mysterious sort of lifestyle. My understanding is a breatharian only “eats , drinks & absorbs air”.

I just started Raw foods jucing etc. Im trying to lose weight and maintain my muscle..Im a pretty stocky guy.. gaining muscle is easy for me while losing fat is harder…Classic endomorph..any tips?…SHould I eat or drink green whenever Im hungry?…Is there a limit on how many fruits and veggies i can eat per day?..I have Gerd also so I cant eat certain fruits..will that change after being 100 percent raw? I really miss Oranges pinapples and Grapefruits..but this Gerd is killin me!

when im dehydrated and rehydrate on watermellon i have a euphoric mental attutude change that happens everytime. i dont think its the sugars or just the water.
its very strange there must be a missing nutrient in the mix. anyone else have a simular effect.its a feeling of great calmness. who knows it might just be the fullness.
