i want a change in career i have never made more than 11.2 an hour and i am 30 companies are really stingy the poor stay poor while prices go up and the compamy keeps getting bigger by reduving wages and hiking their price of their product there is no way out for the low income
They pay whatever you are willing to accept. If you don’t like the pay or the company, don’t work for them.

Contextual Links or Navigational Links?
When it comes search engines, google is still the king, and they are doing everything they can to maintain their lead, in the name of providing more relevant search results for it’s users, google engineers published blog post which indicated there were 11.8% organic search results will be affected, say it another way, almost 12% of google search results are useless or of low quality. The update was initiated more than a year ago, and recently I see some of my ranks were lowered considerably, but almost all the ranks promoted by articles and blog posts were not affected, some of the keywords even ranked better than before, it’s safe to say that old way of link building is doomed.
Now what on earth is plain link building and how do people do it? There are a lot of SEO company out there are doing this, they add your links to those linking websites without context, the content on those sites will never be updated, and most of them are useless, the name link spamming are just for these sites. Now google algorithm probably will weed out these sites, all the links on those websites will have the same fate.
Examples will be great for explanation. When I got into online marketing long time ago, I needed to rank the keyword, Chain Binder, of course with old way of link building, a lot of sites I used had too many links, and the worst thing is that those sites are linking sites only and had no content, not even crap content. This strategy worked in the beginning, finally the rank improved a lot, the honeymoon lasted until google changed it’s mind. Now let’s look at another keyword, chain puller , we put the link in relevant context, with very few plain links, the rank for this keyword is making me real happy. Now contextual links win the battle, then what? It all boils down to content, so if you create great content, you will attract readers as well as search engines. How do you do it? Writing articles and building blogs, take a look at this blog, sue havens toys , I didn’t put too much effort into it from start, but I never stopped posting, now it can even rank the highly competitive keywords. Now you can see, quality blog marketing is much better than plain link building. Say you’re building your own bogging network, such as Tie Down, then you will have a powerful weapon in your SEO arsenal.
Bottom line is that you should create great content, get people to enjoy and share your stuff, and put your keywords in the context you’re good to go, as long as you don’t stop doing this, you will win over customers and search engines. Whatever you do, you will need persistence and patience, long term strategy is required to improve anything of significance, it doesn’t matter you’re doing SEO or advertising your business, now all we have to do is to give our love for creating and sharing great content and not to worry about the search results all the time. When publisinh articles, I prefer ezine, google will index a new article on ezine promptly, of course your posts on some blogs will be indexed real fast as well, let look at some aticles or posts which are published and indexed, Tie Down, explains some interesting concepts, nice writing, good content, published on popular site, all these points make it perfect for SEO.

trying to find an old short story- need help!?
7 or 8 years ago I read a short story (or possibly a novella?) about a girl who gets brought home from a bar by a trucker and they proceed to talk about a bunch of stuff…one thing i remember specifically is that the girl has never cursed before until she eventually ends up cursing out the trucker. it has something to do with sweaters too. I know this is vague but any help would be greatly appreciated in finding this story, I’d love to read it again.

I have a friend who is looking to get his cdl but called several companies and they said no drug charges. His charge was just for parafanalia (marijuna). The charge is 2 yrs old. Is there any companies who will hire him out there or is he wasting his time period?
its not only the trucking company but their insurance carrier too. he can try again but probably in 5 years and he has to stay clean for that 5 years
